Shaun Tollerton is a digital product designer with over 10 years experience. Along the way he’s developed skills in creating, visualizing and prototyping interactive experiences for Android, iOS and the Web.
Shaun’s career began in digital advertising where his role focused on conceptualizing and executing on interactive flash banners, websites and email campaigns for brands such as BBC, Diageo, Foot Locker, Jaguar and Mars. But a few years later Shaun decided to move into digital products that people would actually want to use. That led him to ustwo, where he’s now been working for the past 6 years. In that time his role has expanded from visual design to product design, meaning a strong understanding of why a product should exist, how it should work and what it should look like. He has also acquired skills in understanding and ability to execute developmental processes like Agile and being able to lead and encourage close collaboration with all the other disciplines on the product team. Project highlights include being the design lead for ustwo’s Android Wear apps which have gained nearly a million installs from users and led to new business opportunities for the company. Shaun has also played a pivotal role in ustwo’s TV and Entertainment intitative by contributing to projects for Warner Brothers and YouTube as well as internal experimental apps like Watch This for iMessage.
